In 1946, the graduate chapter of Delta Epsilon Omega was chartered in Omaha, Nebraska. The charter members were Maurice Patterson, Ruth Solomon, Geneva Burney, Robbie Turner Davis, Gladys Ervin, Melba Faucett, Thelma Hancock, Rowena Jones, Marjorie Moore and Mendota Mosley.
Delta Epsilon Omega currently has one Diamond member with 75 years of service to Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. - Ruth Thomas. There are three Pearl members with 65 years or service and two Golden members with 50 years of service. Gamma Beta (Undergraduate Chapter) was chartered in Omaha, Nebraska in 1940.
